We recommend registering and booking your class prior to arrival. The studio’s outdoor gate opens 15 minutes before class. Please allow 10 minutes before class to check in. Regular attendees should arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can all start on time.

Our studio accommodates a maximum of 16 bodies, so advanced booking is recommended. The lobby features a shower, bathroom, and changing area. Complimentary lockers and locks are available for personal items. Mats and towels can be rented at the front desk, and a water station is available to refill bottles. Bottled water is also available for purchase. Please remove your shoes before entering the studio.

Wear comfortable workout clothing, keeping in mind that you’ll likely be sweating. Women typically wear exercise shorts, tank tops, and sports bras, while men usually wear exercise shorts and an optional T-shirt. Avoid loose-fitting or baggy clothing — you want to feel comfortable and free to move.

Please bring a yoga mat, mat towel, and water to every class. Grippy socks are required for all Hot Pilates and Sculpt classes to ensure student safety and studio hygiene. Most classes are heated, so staying hydrated is important!

Towel rental: $3

Water: $3.50

Grippy socks are also available for purchase.

The studio will open 15 minutes before each class. First time students MUST register & book a class prior to arrival. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your first class.

Please arrive early if you're planning on filming yourself in class. There are 3 designated filming spots located in the back row of our hot room.

All single classes and monthly memberships can be purchased online. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. For in-person purchases such as rentals, water, and accessories, we also accept card or cash payments.

We keep all valuables safe in our Lost & Found. Unclaimed items are donated monthly, so please stop by the studio as soon as possible to retrieve your belongings, or reach out to us via text or email.

Yes! We have an outdoor shower for a quick rinse when the weather is nice, as well as a single indoor shower stocked with shampoo and body wash.

Most of our classes are heated to 95–100°F. Feel free to step outside at any time for fresh air if the heat becomes too much, and remember to stay hydrated throughout class. If you have existing medical conditions or are unsure about practicing in the heat, please consult your doctor first. Rest classes are not heated.

We do not have a parking lot. Free street parking is available on Imperial St. and Jesse St. Paid lots are also available within a block of our studio. Please allow enough time to park and arrive on time. Parking can be limited during peak hours and neighborhood events. Be mindful of blocking gates, curb colors, and parking signs. Please do not park in the Dover Street Market or H. Lorenzo lot at any time.

Please consult with your doctor or birth coach before attending a class. Most of our classes are heated and may not be suitable during pregnancy.

Purchase a session or membership pass using our “Book a Class” button under Classes on our website. Once purchased we can transfer over paid session or pass to the student when they arrive at the studio or prior to their scheduled class. Student must have an account prior to the transfer. Account can be created for them if needed (first and last name, email and phone number are required).
