What's the studio like?Our studio is cozy and allows for only 16 bodies (so book online). Our studio is lobby-free. As you join us for our *Pop up style opening please come prepared. We do not have a shower and bathroom area (YET), however we have a changing space, lockers (locks provided) and a water station. Please use the cubbies to store any belongings, and take off your shoes before you enter to help us keep the studios clean!

What time should I arrive to the studio?The studio will open 30 minutes before each class. First time students MUST register & book a class prior to arrival. We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your first class. Regular attendees please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts so we can all be ready to get started on time.

What do I need to bring to class?Please bring a towel, water and yoga mat to every class. Most classes are heated and we want you to stay safe and hydrated! We have a few mat rentals for those new to yoga or coming from out of town (please call or e-mail if in need so we can be prepared). Rent a Mat for $5 *Due to our POP up studio we do not have towels for rent!

What if I left something at the studio?We keep all valuables nice and safe in our lost & found. Unclaimed items will be donated weekly, so please come by the studio immediately to pick up what was left behind. Or send an email.

Do you have showers?Yes! We have an outdoor shower for when the weather is nice and you need a quick rinse. Or we have our single's shower which features shampoo and body wash.

Are all the classes heated?Most of our classes are heated to around 90 degrees. Please feel free to step outside at any time for some fresh air if the heat gets to be too much, and stay hydrated throughout class. For those who have existing medical conditions or are wondering whether you can practice in the heat, please first consult with your doctor. Note, our Rest + Reset classes are NOT heated.

Can I practice if I am pregnant?Please consult with your doctor or birth coach before attending a class. Most of our classes are heated and might not be suitable for those expecting.

What should I wear?You should wear comfortable workout clothing, but remember you will be sweating quite a bit. Women usually wear exercise shorts, tank tops and sports bras. Men usually wear exercise shorts with an optional T-shirt. Avoid loose fitting clothing and baggy pants, remember you want to feel comfortable and be free to move.

Do you have parking?Please plan on giving yourself enough time to find street parking. We are located in a very popular area and parking at times can be tricky. Plan to give yourself enough time to park and arrive to the studio ON TIME. Be mindful to pay attention to curb colors and parking signs. There are a number of pay to park lots within a block radius. We have 3 parking lot's within a 2 block radius (if parking is tricky)...
