This class moves through sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, backbends, and creative sequencing designed to build strength and control. Expect rhythm, sweat, and challenge as you work through more vigorous options like inversions and arm balances. Fully guided, powerful, and grounded in technique—this is flow with intention. This class is our hottest and most disciplined class. This practice demands more mental strength than physical, guiding you through a quiet yet powerful set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The structure never changes—same order, same focus, same challenge—so your growth comes from showing up with consistency and control. SCULPT + FLOW

Sculpt Yoga takes the athletic focus of our Signature Power Yoga and elevates it with props, added resistance, and strength-driven sequencing. Instead of moving through sun salutations, we work with intention: time under tension, balance training, core-focused drills, and progressive sequences that build toward a peak pose. Expect an increase in workload, muscle engagement, and total-body conditioning as you move to the beat of the music. You’ll sweat, challenge your limits, and build strength—then cool down with traditional yoga postures to reset before you leave.

REST + RESET

60 min · non-heated · calm + relax



This calm practice is designed to regulate, restore, and soften the body. You’ll move through a relaxed series of supine, prone, and seated postures to access deeper layers of muscle and release tension. Expect supportive props, somatic-focused movement, and breath-led work that prioritizes nervous system regulation.Classes may include breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness tools to build self-awareness and create a deeper level of relaxation. It’s a grounded, restorative approach to slowing down with intention—without losing structure or purpose.

HOT PILATES

45 min · 98-100° · core + strength



Our fusion-style mat Pilates classes use a variety of props to create tension, build strength, and increase workload through intervals, repetition, and core-driven exercises. We offer four styles of Hot Pilates, each with a specific focus: posterior chain strength, total-body fusion, and strength-and-conditioning–based Pilates that pushes your endurance and control. Every class is designed to challenge you, sharpen your form, and reveal new capability.
